Cardian Matsu Rashida bringing back this alias over the last year was probably one of the most powerful moves in vapor for the last few years. While the previous pieces under the alias were also incredible (I still put on Sonar from time to time), I feel like there's definitely a higher focus on the new age aspect with this revival.

More versed in soundscapes than slush for these last couple projects, I feel like Devoted Waves does some excellent work as a texturally polished, well-presented ambient album. Favorite track: Lovers Phase.
